3. Vehicle Importation & Auction Services

Auto Torque Ltd assists clients in:

• Purchasing vehicles from international auctions
• Importing vehicles from the USA, Canada, and Europe
• Shipping and clearing vehicles into Nigeria and West Africa

• Auction prices may fluctuate
• Shipping timelines are estimates only
• Estimated delivery timeline: 30–40 working days

4. Payments & Deposits

4.1 Deposits

Certain transactions require an upfront deposit before auction bidding, vehicle reservation, or import processing.

4.2 Full Payment

Outstanding balances must be completed before vehicle release or delivery.

4.3 Accepted Payments

Payments must only be made through officially approved Auto Torque Ltd payment channels. We are not responsible for payments made to unauthorized individuals or accounts.

5. Pricing & Currency

Vehicle prices may vary due to auction price changes, exchange rate fluctuations, shipping costs, customs duties, and government policies.

Prices quoted are subject to change until payment is confirmed.

6. Vehicle Condition & Inspection

We strive to provide accurate vehicle details including auction reports, photos, and inspection history.

• Used vehicles may show wear consistent with age and usage
• Minor cosmetic or mechanical differences may exist
• No guarantee of manufacturer-level perfection on used vehicles

Clients are encouraged to review all available reports before purchase approval.

7. Vehicle History Disclosure

“Every car has a story. We uncover its true history so you can buy with complete peace of mind.”

We make reasonable efforts to verify vehicle backgrounds through available records and inspection data. However, we cannot guarantee undisclosed issues not reported by third-party sources.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

Auction Transactions

Deposits become non-refundable once bidding begins.

Import Orders

Cancellation after purchase may attract administrative and logistics charges.

Approved refunds may take several business days depending on banking processes.

9. Delivery & Logistics

We work with shipping and clearing partners to facilitate vehicle delivery.

We are not liable for delays caused by customs inspections, port congestion, shipping company delays, government actions, or force majeure events.

Clients will receive updates throughout the process.

10. No Warranty

Unless expressly stated in writing, vehicles are sold “as-is” with no mechanical or manufacturer warranty. Optional third-party warranty or insurance may be available.

11. Limitation of Liability

Auto Torque Ltd shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential losses, delays, exchange rate losses, third-party issues, or mechanical failures after delivery.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid directly for the specific transaction.

12. User Conduct

• Submit false information
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Misuse services
• Attempt unauthorized system access
• Violate laws or regulations

13. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, text, graphics, logos, and materials belong to Auto Torque Ltd and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

We may integrate third-party services such as auction platforms, shipping providers, insurance companies, and payment gateways. We are not responsible for their policies or actions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall first be resolved amicably, and if unresolved, handled in Lagos State courts or arbitration.
